Once you have the estimated trade in value of your laptop and you are happy with the price, you can complete the collection form and we will arrange for a national courier to collect your laptop for inspection.

We confirm the value of your laptop. If your laptop is not as originally described, and upon inspection it appears that there is a fault with the laptop, or if the condition of the laptop is poor, then we do reserve the right to offer a lesser fee or even withdraw our offer altogether.

Once the laptop has been inspected and the value is confirmed we can arrange payment - simple and easy!
